Fusion Dance Fit is a Family run company made up of different types of exercise classes.
Our fitness classes are based in Solihull & Shirley. Our classes include: Zumba Fitness, Pound Fit & Pilates.
We endeavour to help you meet your fitness goals, with our motivating, calorie burning, enjoyable classes.
