Pound Fitness is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulative drumming. Fusing cardio, pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses all in a 45 minute session, this workout burns 600-900 cal/hour whilst rocking to your favourite music!
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
