Pilates Classes
Monday 6:10pm & Thursday 6:00pm
Held at: Monday – Sharmans Cross Junior School, Sharman’s Cross Road, Solihull West Midlands, B91 1PH Thursday – Planet Dance Studios, Vulcan Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 2JU. All classes available via Zoom as well.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Providing Modifications and more, this class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Zumba Dance Fitness
Monday 7:10pm
Held at: Mondays – Sharmans Cross Junior School, Sharman’s Cross Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 1PH. Thursdays & Fridays – Planet Dance Studios, Vulcan Road, Solihull, West Midlands, B91 2JU. All classes available via Zoom as well.
Zumba combines high and Low energy with, motivating music and unique moves with, combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries… Zumba is a form of exercise that involves dancing to fast tempo music.
Pound Fit Sessions
Wednesday 7:00pm
Held at: Sharmans Cross Junior School, Sharman’s Cross Road, Solihull West Midlands, B91 1PH & via Zoom as well.
Pound Fitness is a full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant simulative drumming. Fusing cardio, pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses all in a 45 minute session, this workout burns 600-900 cal/hour whilst rocking to your favourite music!
