Private Pilates sessions are private 1-1’s or 1:2/1:3 (3 people Maximum) sessions.
Our Private sessions are perfect for you if you have had an injury, or maybe you’ve just recently had surgery, or you simply would like to expand on your training and take it to the next level, attending to your individuality.
Here at Fusion Dance Fit (Positive Pilates with Chloe) we want to help you in any way we can. we understand that you may have longstanding pain, have a new injury/injuries or just had surgery. Our job is to make sure you feel as comfortable as you can attending our classes and get the individual attention to achieve the goals the desire.
How our classes work…
Before completely starting sessions, we need to gather as much information as we can. This is because we want to be able to help you in he right way. We do this by creating a full assessment to begin with to know your strengths and weaknesses. In the first session we will discuss things like: what you want to achieve by doing these sessions, medical history and other things like activities you would like to try or want to return to.
The major key to progress throughout these session is Goal Setting. We will set targets and work together to achieve them.
We are a Mat based pilates, which include small pieces of equipment e.g. resistant bands, small ball, spiky balls and more. These will all be provided when you attend the class.
We will also use this equipment in your assessment to test different mobility, strength and more.
Classes can be held online or in person.
